Mama’s lets play together in the kitchen! We will start off each morning with a fresh green juice or green smoothie. Through a small intimate class setting, we will have the opportunity to have a personal experience through talking and sharing and each of you will have the opportunity to ask me or the class questions for any issues you need to discuss or get some feedback on. In class, we will create one complete meal together that we will eat together at the end of class.

In this class you will learn:

  •  How to assess what kind of diet is right for you.
  • How to identify if you have any health issues and what to do about them.
  • A review of what annual tests you should have through your MD and why.
  • Should you be taking supplements, if so what kind?
  • How to improve your family’s overall diet through nutrient-dense whole foods.
  • New recipes for yourself and family.
  • How to address health issues your child may be having.
  • How to feed family members that have allergies, food sensitivities or special dietary needs.
