Summertime is a natural time to be partially or fully raw. This is when an abundance of fruits and vegetables are in season, the weather is warm and our bodies naturally move into wanting more raw foods. Raw or living food cuisine is a fun, creative way to take ripe summer foods and translate them into delicious, meals that delight the palate and sustain our bodies needs for a complete meal.

In this class you will learn:

  • How to conceptualize making a raw food dish for example; pizza, kale chips, sushi, cookies.
  • What kind of kitchen equipment you need.
  • Your questions answered about the raw food diet and how to be successful with your dietary goals.
  • What does eating a raw food diet do for my overall health and digestive system?

You will receive a packet of info with recipes for dressings, sauces, soups, main courses, desserts and dehydrated foods.
